Ann’s formal training started in college at SUNY Purchase where she graduated with a BFA. After graduation she began a career in the film business working for 40+ years as a prop person, stylist & set decorator. She was also co-owner of a model making, prop building and special FX company for film, TV and print photography. Her miniature gazebos were featured in the windows of Tiffany’s in NYC. Painting became a way to relax and enjoy the process without the pressure of her usual projects.
