DESCRIPTION:This workshop is for any individual/family who wants to learn more about becoming personally prepared before a disaster strikes. This workshop will expose participants to the key principles of emergency preparedness: 1) having an emergency plan\, 2) staying informed\, and 3) building an emergency kit. Participants will learn specific preparedness tips in each of these areas and will start identifying how to make preparedness considerations specific to their needs.
